When will my order ship?
All in-stock orders ship to US customers from New York, United States. Canadian and International orders ship out of Toronto, Canada office. All order ship within 2-5 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once shipped.
What's your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your jewelry! We will gladly accept new and unworn jewelry within 30 days of the item delivery date for a refund or credit. Allow 3-4 weeks for your package to return to our office. Refunds are processed within 1 week of receiving them back. Note that clearance items, personalized pieces, and final sale promotions are a final sale and cannot be returned. See our full return policy here.
