Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at customerservice@surewaydm.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return shipping address and instructions. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions for Full Refunds:

  1. Incorrect shipping address provided.
  2. Delays due to factors outside of our control (e.g. customs delays, natural disasters).
  3. Other exceptional circumstances.

Return Shipping and Transaction Fees

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 6% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing fees.

Order Cancellation

If the order is canceled before shipping, you’ll receive a refund, minus a 5% transaction fee retained by the payment processor.


Non-Returnable Items

  • No returns on earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Custom products (personalized/special orders) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


Clearance sales are final.
